Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents and files.
  • Liaise with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments.
  • Provide support during audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP).
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
