Accountant

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Independently handle complete day-to-day accounting activities
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and financial reports
• Perform documentation and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Prepare, send, and track quotations for clients
• Follow up with clients regarding quotation approval and payment collection
• Handle professional email communication with clients and vendors
• Maintain systematic records of accounts, quotations, and correspondence
• Provide accounting and administrative support to management as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Tally (mandatory)
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Experience in billing, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting operations
• Language Requirements:
• Gujarati – mandatory
• Hindi – preferred
• English – basic knowledge (for email communication)
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility

Working Hours & Schedule

• 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (generally till 6:30 PM)
• Monday to Saturday
