Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at Samay Homes, located in Jharkhand, India. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, delivering sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. The Account Executive will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves regular client interactions and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Client relationship management and customer service skills
Experience in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data
Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal
Experience in collaborating with marketing teams
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work independently and on-site
