Role Overview: You will be responsible for inputting daily transactions, maintaining financial statements, and ensuring accurate data recording. Additionally, you will perform bookkeeping duties such as bank reconciliations and preparing month-end reports. Your role will involve preparing financial statements and reports for various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. You will also conduct audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records, assist in the budgeting process, prepare and file tax returns, and provide financial advice and planning for the dealership. Your tasks may also involve activities related to dealer plates, loan agreements, and other specific automotive dealership processes.
