Job Description

Inputting daily transactions, maintaining financial statements, and ensuring accurate data recording.
Performing bookkeeping duties, including bank reconciliations and preparing month-end reports.
Processing and ensuring prompt payment of invoices and tracking outstanding balances.
Overseeing payroll for dealership employees to ensure timely payments.
Preparing financial statements and reports for various stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Conducting audits to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Assisting in the budgeting process.
Preparing and filing tax returns.
Providing financial advice and planning for the dealership.
May involve tasks related to dealer plates, loan agreements, and other specific automotive dealership processes.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with accounting software and systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
