Job Title: Accounts Executive – Multi-Store (Retail Division)

Location: Raipur (with oversight for Bilaspur & Jagdalpur stores)

Key Responsibilities:

• तीनों स्टोर्स (Raipur, Bilaspur, Jagdalpur) के accounts की निगरानी और समन्वय करना।
• Sale और Purchase की entries को सटीक रूप से ERP/Accounting Software (Tally आदि) में करना।
• Vendor payments और customer receipts का रिकॉर्ड और समय पर प्रोसेसिंग।
• GST, TDS, और अन्य टैक्स से जुड़े रिटर्न्स की तैयारी में मदद करना।
• बैंक रीकंसीलिएशन और कैश-बैंक स्टेटमेंट की निगरानी।
• Store-level खर्चों (expenses), petty cash और stock-related accounting का समुचित रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
• Management को नियमित रिपोर्टिंग – जैसे daily sales, outstanding report, expense summary आदि।
• स्टोर्स से इनवॉइस, बिल, payment receipts आदि collect और verify करना।
