Account Executive & Quotation Support

You are required for the role of a female backend executive at Durga Hardware & Electricals (DHE) in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. As part of the Accounts Support team, your primary responsibilities will include assisting in invoice preparation, managing purchase invoices, supporting account reconciliations, preparing customer quotations/offers, and providing general backend support. Your attention to detail, accuracy, and coordination with sales and accounts teams will be crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in invoice preparation and entry in Busy ERP. - Manage purchase invoices, vendor bills, and filing. - Support reconciliation of accounts with customers and vendors. - Maintain proper documentation of transactions. - Prepare customer quotations/offers in coordination with the sales team. - Ensure accuracy in pricing, terms, and validity before submission. - Maintain a quotation tracker and update status regularly. - Assist in follow-ups with sales team for pending offers. - Draft professional emails for customer communication. - Support in reporting, MIS preparation, and basic data entry. - Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, accounts). **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in accounts support / backend roles (Freshers with good skills may also apply). - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience in Busy ERP will be an advantage. - Strong written & verbal communication skills (English & Hindi). - Detail-oriented with good numerical ability. - Ability to handle multitasking and meet deadlines.
