Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and guide them through product configurations aligned with their business objectives.
  2. Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  3. Achieve quota attainment consistently and close a high volume of deals.
  4. Manage the entire client engagement cycle, from consultation to implementation and ongoing relationship management.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Become a product expert across Rippling's platform and stay informed about the competitor landscape to deliver targeted product demos.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to directly influence product development.
  3. Effectively manage a $600,000+ annual quota with a focus on consistent success.
  4. Work flexible hours to align with EST/EDT, including hybrid office work in Bangalore (three days a week).
