Accounts & Admin Executive – Job Description (Quick)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, bank, cash).
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable and ledger reconciliation.
  • Handle GST, TDS entries, and basic compliance.
  • Assist in month-end closing and audits.
  • Provide general administrative support: office supplies, documentation, filing, and coordination with vendors/staff.

Requirements

  • B.Com/M.Com with 1–4 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge of Tally/ERP & MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and support both accounting and administrative work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,400.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
