Job Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot & repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Install & configure Windows OS, software applications, drivers, antivirus Perform system formatting, backup & data recovery Assemble and upgrade computer hardware (RAM, SSD, HDD, etc.) Troubleshoot software errors, slow system performance, and OS issues Basic knowledge of networking: IP configuration, routers, switches, LAN/WAN Handle on-site service visits and provide customer support Maintain service reports and documentation Required Skills: Strong knowledge of computer hardware & software troubleshooting Good understanding of Windows OS, drivers & utilities Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi setup) Field service experience preferred Good communication & customer-handling skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,047.18 - ₹31,777.03 per month Work Location: In person
