You will be joining our expanding Real Estate India sales team as an Account Executive. Your role at GRI Club will involve managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on engaging directly with C-level executives to secure new business opportunities. We value respect and fun in the workplace, celebrating authenticity and promoting moments of relaxation to boost productivity and collaboration within our unique team. **Responsibilities:** - Manage the entire sales cycle for new business, from prospecting to closing deals. - Collaborate with the BDR team to define strategies for outbound prospecting. - Develop qualified opportunities with key decision-makers using your Book of Business, emails, and social media outreach. - Achieve monthly quotas of closing deals through meetings, calls, and referrals targets. - Accurately forecast revenue and maintain up-to-date CRM records. **Skills and Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of new business sales experience in a closing role. - Proven track record in B2B sales and meeting sales quotas. - Experience in cold calling, cold emailing, lead generation, and pipeline building. - Curious, persistent, and results-oriented mindset. - Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. - Excellent collaboration and communication abilities. - Self-motivated, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and able to work independently or within a team. - Proficiency in Advanced/fluent English. **Bonus Points:** - Experience and knowledge in Real Estate sectors. - Familiarity with CRM systems. **Compensation Plan:** - Competitive salary. - Uncapped commission and incentives. - Professional development opportunities through a culture that values excellence and going beyond expectations in work.,
