Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Bhopal, with some work from home flexibility. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing business strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver IT solutions. The Account Executive will also be expected to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

Qualifications

• Client Management and Relationship Building skills
• Experience in Developing Business Strategies and Identifying New Opportunities
• Communication and Negotiation skills
• Understanding of IT Solutions and Technology (Android, iOS, PHP, etc.)
• Ability to prepare and present sales reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
