Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process Vendor Payments as per defined cycles and approval matrix.
Perform Creditors Reconciliation and ensure timely closure of open items.
Manage Employee Reimbursement claims and coordinate for required validations.
Handle TDS and GST reconciliation with supporting documentation.
Prepare and monitor Creditors Ageing and highlight overdue items.
Pass Journal Entries related to expense booking, adjustments, and provisions.
Conduct Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
Coordinate with Cross-Functional teams such as Procurement, HR, Business, and Auditors for resolution of queries and smooth payment processing.

Preferred candidate profile

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
Strong exposure to accounts payable, reconciliation, and tax compliance.
Must be willing to work from the Ahmedabad office (on-site role).
Working Knowledge of Tally ERP is Add on advantage.
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Add on Advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is must (vlookup, pivot, basic formulas).
Sound understanding of basic accounting principles.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
