Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive Department: Accounts Location: Rohtak, Haryana Reports To: Accounts Head Job Summary: We are looking for an organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and assist in preparing reports and financial statements. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support in budget preparation and monitoring expenses. Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory filings such as VAT, GST, or other local taxes. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure proper backup of records Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.*4–5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP). Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance.
