In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships in the field, ensuring exceptional customer experiences with both existing and potential customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing a comprehensive understanding of customers" business needs and solution requirements - Expanding market share across Dell Technologies" portfolio of technology solutions, including servers, storage, networking, software, security, and led services - Managing territories and/or accounts through effective account planning, sales forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment - Engaging regularly with decision-makers at client facilities while providing sales leadership on complex opportunities To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are essential: - Minimum 5 years of experience in selling hardware technology solutions in the Kerela (primary) and Tamil Nadu market - Profound knowledge of market trends that impact Dell Technologies customers - Strong customer management and strategic selling skills to drive customer success and Dell Technologies" growth - Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to offer insights and thought leadership to senior/CIO/CXO leadership and their immediate reports - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Additionally, a Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
