About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with expertise in Technical Documentation and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating high-quality documentation for tenders, projects, and technical specifications, while also supporting digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation including tender proposals, project reports, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business and project teams to ensure timely and high-quality submission of tender documents.
• Review, proofread, and edit all documentation for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
• Coordinate with various departments and subject matter experts to gather relevant information.
• Organize and maintain a central repository for project and tender-related documentation for easy accessibility.
• Support digital marketing efforts including content creation, social media updates, and online campaigns.
• Assist in preparing marketing presentations, case studies, and other promotional content aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline).
• Proven expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong command of written and verbal English communication.
• Prior experience in technical documentation and/or digital marketing preferred.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
