Job Title: Accountant

Reports To: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support day-to-day financial operations. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.
• Use accounting software (Tally/SAP/QuickBooks/ERP) for financial management.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and company policies.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Analysis).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
