Job Summary :

The Account Assistant will be responsible for supporting the finance team in managing financial records, preparing supplier & contractors bills / processing invoices, and financial reporting. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, bills etc
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and transactions.
  • Support the preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings.
  • Assist in internal and external audits.
