Job Description Position : Account Executive Company : Astral Adhesives Limited Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience Required : 2-4 years in accounting with expertise in TDS, GST, and Indirect Taxation About the Role: Astral Adhesives is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive with strong experience in managing TDS , GST compliance , and other aspects of indirect taxation . The role requires close coordination with internal teams and consultants to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and tax compliance. Key Responsibilities: Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, etc.) Calculate and deduct TDS , prepare challans, and file TDS returns (Form 26Q, 27Q, etc.) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of indirect tax laws , rules, and amendments Handle input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation and GST audit-related documentation Accounting & Reporting: Record day-to-day accounting entries related to purchases, sales, and expenses Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports Maintain ledgers and reconcile vendor and customer accounts Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors for tax and financial audits Prepare necessary schedules, reports, and supporting documents for assessments Documentation & Coordination: Maintain proper documentation for invoices, payments, and statutory filings Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve tax-related queries Key Skills & Attributes: Strong working knowledge of TDS , GST , and Indirect Taxation Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Tally or similar) Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking Familiarity with statutory deadlines and compliance requirements Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounts and taxation Experience in manufacturing or trading industry preferred Apply Now: Send your updated resume to ramesh.chaudhary@astralltd.com or share via WhatsApp at 8353912032
