Job Description

We Are Hiring – Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and be eager to support daily financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining books of accounts
  • Record daily financial transactions
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and receipts
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Assist with bank reconciliations
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents
  • Support senior accountants during audits and month-end closing

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (preferred)
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers may apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
