Showroom Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, showcasing products, and closing sales while delivering an excellent in-store experience. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support effectively
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation as required
• Keep accurate records of sales, stock levels, and customer details
• Coordinate with inventory and management teams to ensure product availability
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proven experience in showroom or retail sales (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive and persuasive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office, or CRM tools)
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
