Accountant Responsibilities:
· Updating the entries for day to day transactions like Purchase, Sales, Bank, and Cash etc in ERP system.
· Monthly Bank & Intercompany Reconciliation.
· Preparation of Month end accruals, journals and assisting to senior accountants for P/L and Balance sheet finalization.
· Handled Debtors and Creditors Ledger analysis and reconciliation.
· Worked into the areas of GST, TDS (Responsible for E-filling of all Tax Returns and challans)
· Assist in Tax Audit to Internal Auditor.
· Remittances to Vendors.
· Collection from Customers.
· Monthly Closing.
· Monthly Management Reports like P&L, Balance sheet, Outstanding, Collection.
· Record Maintenance
· Providing necessary information and details to auditors
· Attending to auditor queries
Accountant Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
· More education or experience may be preferred.
· Special licenses or certification may be required.
· Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
· Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
· Ethical behavior.
· Attention to detail.
