Job Title: Accounts Executive

Department:

Position Overview:

The Accounts & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth office functioning. The role includes maintaining financial records, handling payments, vendor coordination, and supporting HR and facility-related activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, good administrative skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including

    vouchers, receipts, payments, and journal entries

    .
  • Maintain and reconcile

    bank statements, petty cash, and ledgers

    .
  • Prepare and process

    vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims

    .
  • Support in the preparation of

    monthly financial reports

    and

    management summaries

    .
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for documentation and verification.
  • Ensure compliance with

    GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

    .
  • Assist in maintaining and updating accounting records in

    Tally / ERP software

    .
  • Track and manage

    accounts payable and receivable

    efficiently.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Commerce / Business Administration / Accounting

    or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience

    in accounts and administration, preferably in a

    real estate or construction company

    .
  • Proficient in

    Tally ERP

    ,

    MS Excel

    , and

    MS Office Suite

    .
  • Knowledge of

    GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance

    .
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
