Account Director - Operations

The Account Director - Operations role is a leadership position at the Deputy General Manager (DGM) level based in NCR, India with a requirement for travel across the country as needed. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end operations of client accounts in various locations, ensuring high-quality services and client satisfaction. Your role involves leading cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, driving process improvements, and fostering innovation in service delivery. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and provide strategic guidance. Collaboration with internal departments is key to driving efficiency and operational excellence. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and present operational reports and business reviews to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and corporate requirements. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 15 years of experience in managing large-scale client-driven operations across multiple geographies. A successful track record in account management and service delivery in complex, high-volume environments is essential. Preferred industry backgrounds include Hospitality and Integrated Facilities Management Services (IFMS).
