Account Director

As an Account Director at italics, you will play a strategic role within the leadership team and collaborate closely with the founder to ensure alignment with values, strategic objectives, and the company roadmap. This role is hybrid and based in Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities: - Build best-practice processes and systems to scale up the account and project management teams, enabling them to better serve client needs and increase opportunities for account growth - Drive excellence across the agency in client deliverables, from strategic consultancy to creative product and execution - Oversee client communications and negotiations, provide senior-level client management support, and nurture client relationships - Lead strategic conversations to establish long-term relationships with clients - Take ownership or strategic leadership of selected client accounts - Contribute to new business pitches Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of agency experience, specifically in digital marketing - Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts in the digital space - Understanding of agency services - Excellent listening and client needs understanding abilities - Good negotiation skills - Motivated by managing client relationships and making presentations - Experience tracking goals and results at the agency level - Experience in hiring, managing, and developing a team responsible for day-to-day execution of client accounts - Strong people management skills and thrive on building highly effective teams - Excellent communication skills Join italics and be a part of a quirky, dreamer-friendly culture where brilliance and creativity are valued in all endeavors.,
