Account Director - Client Servicing & Project Management

As an Account Director in Client Servicing & Project Management at Percept ICE, a division of Percept Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing the planning and execution of high-impact events, brand activations, and experiential projects. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of client servicing, event management, budgeting, team collaboration, and marketing efforts. In client servicing, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve overseeing pitching, strategy development, event logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects. You will be responsible for managing event budgets in collaboration with the production and operations teams, tracking expenses, and delivering comprehensive post-event reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams such as creative and production teams to ensure seamless event execution and manage on-site teams during events. Your involvement in pre-event marketing efforts and the creation of event collateral will be crucial. Candidates with digital marketing knowledge in the experiential marketing domain will have a distinct advantage in this role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess 5 to 12 years of experience in event management or brand activations, strong communication skills, proficient project management abilities, and effective problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure. Preferred skills for this role include experience with mid to large-scale events, exhibitions, and activations.
