Account Director (Advertising)

As an Account Director in our agency, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of key client accounts. Your responsibilities will include: - **Client Leadership**: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term partnerships based on trust and results. - Develop effective marketing and communication strategies by understanding client business goals and market challenges. - Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with confidence. - Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. - **Team Leadership & Management**: - Mentor and lead a team of Account Managers and Executives to deliver exceptional client service. - Cultivate a positive and high-performance culture within the team. - Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of quality campaigns.
