Your Impact:


As an Account Development Executive (Outbound), you will engage with leads generated through various marketing channels and play a key role in qualifying, nurturing, and converting them into sales opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead management processes and ensure a world-class prospect experience. This role is central to building and strengthening the India Center of Excellence (CoE) team.

  • Shift: APAC, EMEA, North America
  • 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales or lead qualification within a B2B environment.
  • Proven proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and Salesloft (or similar platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
