Welcome to Policybazaars official LinkedIn page We believe in insurance for all, and we drive it through unbiased information and time-efficient processes for all Indian customers As India's largest insurance brokers, we consider it our responsibility to be every Indian customer's one-stop portal for protection against death, disease and disability -as well as for mindful investment planning We understand customers' anxiety about claim settlement, so we offer 24x7 online support, on-ground support, as well and even host special claim samadhan events where stuck claims can be reopened and resolved instantly Our mission, in keeping with IRDAI's inspiring vision, is Har Family Hogi Insured by 2047, Group Companies Paisabazaar , QuickFixCars, Policybazaarae, Zphin Visit policybazaar to know more about us, Job Description: At PolicyBazaar for Business, we are reimagining how businesses approach financial security and insurance As we build out our demand generation function through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) outbound strategies, were looking for innovative and data-driven individuals to join our growing team, Role Overview: The ABM Associate will play a critical role in developing and executing highly targeted and personalized marketing campaigns to engage key accounts This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual to work closely with the sales, marketing, and analytics teams to drive measurable business outcomes, Key Responsibilities: ABM Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and execution of tailored ABM campaigns for key accounts, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account-specific strategies, Campaign Management: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns leveraging email, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising, Ensure campaigns are aligned with account objectives and deliverables, Personalization & Targeting: Research target accounts to understand their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes, Customize messaging and content for specific personas within target accounts, Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and measure campaign performance using analytics tools, Provide insights and recommendations for optimization, Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on key accounts and shared goals, Partner with creative teams to develop impactful content and assets, Preferred Qualifications: MBA (specialization in Marketing or Strategy is a plus), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools ( e-g, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) is preferred, Knowledge of digital marketing channels and ABM platforms is a plus, Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, Show
