Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Assistant based in Ahmedabad. The Account Assistant will be responsible for managing key financial responsibilities such as credit control, petty cash handling, and overall financial transactions. The role includes supporting the accounting team, documentation, and preparing financial reports. Effective communication with stakeholders and managing daily finance-related tasks are integral to this position.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting and Finance practices, including financial reporting and documentation
  • Experience in managing Credit Control and overseeing Petty Cash transactions with attention to detail
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site capacity in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools is an advantage
