Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accessory Manager to lead and manage the accessories business across our showroom/service operations. The role involves driving accessory sales, managing inventory, coordinating with sales & service teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute strategies to achieve accessory sales targets.
• Manage showroom and workshop accessory sales effectively.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and control slow-moving/obsolete stock.
• Ensure attractive display and merchandising of accessories in the showroom.
• Develop vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and supply timelines.
• Train sales advisors and staff on accessories and upselling techniques.
• Prepare MIS reports related to sales, stock, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company and OEM guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 3–6 years of experience in accessories management in an automobile dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automobile accessories and fitment processes.
• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership management systems (DMS).

Salary: 25-30K per month
