Job Description

In This Role, You Will

Accessibility Audits & Remediation: Conduct accessibility audits, monitor & verify fixes for VPAT-related defects, & update VPATs accordingly
Research & Continuous Learning: Stay current on WCAG standards, accessibility best practices, and assistive technologies. Actively engage in professional development to expand knowledge
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously track accessibility performance, maintain detailed assessment records, and assist in preparing reports on findings & progress

Here's What You Need

Candidate should have an awareness of how users with disabilities use assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers) and be familiar with accessibility testing tools like WAVE and Axe
A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also helpful
Strong written communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential
Candidate must be self-motivated, have strategic thinking abilities, and be able to work independently with a remote team
