Your responsibilities will include: - Evaluating and grading learners" Project Reports, Project Presentations, and other relevant documents. - Mentoring learners during support, project, and assessment sessions. - Developing, validating, and implementing learning content, curriculum, and training programs as needed. - Identifying, examining, and assessing the training needs of the participants. - Planning, designing, and conducting meetings and presentations on learning materials when necessary. - Creating creative, interactive, and multimedia presentations to enhance the learning experience. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records. - Being open to travel as required.
