IHMBA is looking for an experienced and dynamic Academy Head / Centre Head to lead our Mohali centre with excellence.

Position: Academy Head / Centre Head

Location: Mohali

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years as a Centre Head / Academy Head in any leading beauty academy.

Key Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in handling academy operations, admissions, faculty management, and business growth
• Presentable personality and ability to maintain high academic and training standards
• Ability to drive performance, implement policies, and ensure smooth functioning of the centre

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations
• Manage academic performance and training quality
• Lead faculty, counselors, and support staff
• Ensure student satisfaction and high service standards
• Achieve admission targets and business goals
• Maintain discipline, compliance, and brand standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Beauty and wellness Academy Head: 10 years (Required)
