As an experienced and dynamic Academy Head / Centre Head at IHMBA Mohali, you will be responsible for leading the Mohali centre with excellence. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day centre operations, managing academic performance and training quality, leading faculty, counselors, and support staff, ensuring student satisfaction and high service standards, achieving admission targets and business goals, and maintaining discipline, compliance, and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven experience in handling academy operations, admissions, faculty management, and business growth - Presentable personality and ability to maintain high academic and training standards - Ability to drive performance, implement policies, and ensure smooth functioning of the centre Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years as a Centre Head / Academy Head in any leading beauty academy - Diploma preferred In addition to the above, you will need to have the ability to commute or relocate to Mohali, Punjab, before starting work.
