Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue B2C (students/parents) sales opportunities
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Schedule and conduct demos or counselling sessions based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads through the sales funnel until closure
  • Ensure lead conversion by providing timely follow-ups and addressing objections effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Prepare and share accurate sales reports, follow-up logs, and conversion data using CRM tools
  • Understand EdTech service offerings deeply to confidently address customer queries and concerns


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in EdTech sales
  • Strong selling and negotiation abilities; confident in handling objections and end to end sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools 
  • Comfortable working flexible hours based on student/parent/institution availability


Preferred:

  • Experience in international education sales
