This role involves managing scheduling, coordination, and backend support to ensure top-notch delivery of educational services.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle batch planning, scheduling, and faculty allocation efficiently. Maintain and update academic schedules, communicate changes. Support the academic team by managing queries, updates, reports, and ensuring timely communication. Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance in online systems and databases. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless academic experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in academic operations or administrative roles.
