Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced CPQ Admin/Developer to handle the administration, development, and enhancement of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience configuring CPQ tools, translating complex pricing models into automated solutions, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and enhance Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ, Billing, Price Rules, and Product Bundles. Translate business requirements and complex pricing scenarios from spreadsheets into scalable CPQ configurations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize the quote-to-cash lifecycle. Work closely with senior architects, developers, and functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including data models and user training guides. Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for CPQ functionalities and integrations. Provide ongoing support and enhancements based on evolving business needs. Stay current with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud updates and industry best practices. Required Qualifications: 6-8 years total experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce CPQ. In-depth understanding of the Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. Proven expertise with: Salesforce CPQ configurations (Bundles, Pricing, Discounting) Advanced Approvals and Quote Templates Complex pricing logic and automations Experience with Salesforce Billing and usage-based pricing scenarios is advantageous. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification strongly preferred.

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce CPQ Support Engineer with a hybrid skill set in advanced administration and development , focused on optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloudand CPQ environments. The ideal candidate will manage and enhance Salesforce functionality, troubleshoot complex CPQ issues, support automation and configuration, and implement technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce CPQ & CRM Support: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ including products, pricing rules, discounting logic, and quote templates. Support day-to-day operations by providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for Salesforce and CPQ-related issues. Troubleshoot complex pricing, product configuration, and quote generation problems. Ensure CPQ functionality aligns with business goals and optimize processes across quoting and revenue operations. Development & Customization: Working knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support business user issues. Debug and maintain automated flows, process builders, and validation rules to troubleshoot support cases. Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and utilize tools like Workbench and Data Loader for data manipulation and troubleshooting. Customize Salesforce UI/UX using Lightning App Builder and Experience Cloud configuration. System Administration & Enablement: Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security controls. Build and support reports, dashboards , and analytics tools to help drive decision-making. Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and reduced manual efforts across the Sales and Service functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Training & Documentation: Create end-user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures. Conduct training sessions for end users to drive adoption of CPQ and Salesforce features. Compliance & Support: Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.). Support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms including DocuSign, Conga Composer, and internal tools. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer , with at least 3 years of Salesforce CPQ hands-on experience . Understanding of quote-to-cash process integrations with ERP or billing systems. Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ object model , price rules, product bundles, quote templates, and approvals. Experience with DocuSign, Conga Composer, and integration tools. Knowledge of Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills in fast-paced environments. Salesforce Administrator Certification required ; CPQ Specialist, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer certifications preferred. Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or other ITSM platforms is a plus. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud.

Senior SAP VIM AP Business Analyst, Bangalore Role & responsibilities : We are seeking a Senior SAP VIM AP Business Analyst to lead and manage the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions across Accounts Payable (AP) functions. This role will serve as the strategic liaison between finance, procurement, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery of SAP VIM solutions aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the lead and SME for SAP VIM and AP-related processes across global business units. Lead and drive end-to-end implementations, upgrades , and enhancement projects for SAP VIM. Perform detailed business process analysis and proactively recommend improvements to AP workflows and invoice processing automation. Manage cross-functional workshops and translate complex business requirements into SAP VIM functional specifications. Configure and support OpenText VIM, ICC/OCR , exception handling, approval workflows, and vendor collaboration. Collaborate closely with SAP technical teams (ABAP, PI/PO, Basis) and external vendors. Ensure strong governance and controls in compliance with SOX, audit, and regulatory standards. Mentor junior analysts and provide leadership in solution design and documentation best practices. Manage support tickets, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement efforts. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of SAP experience , with 8+ years specifically in SAP VIM (OpenText) and AP processes. Hands-on expertise in OpenText VIM 7.6+ , including ICC/OCR and workflow configuration. In-depth knowledge of SAP FI (Accounts Payable) and MM (Procurement) integration. Proven track record in leading global SAP VIM/AP projects. Experience with SAP Workflow, Document Archiving , and Content Server integration. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and migration considerations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong knowledge of change management , testing (e.g., UAT), and training strategies. Preferred candidate profile : OpenText VIM certification or SAP Certified Application Associate Accounts Payable. Experience with COUPA , RPA tools (like UiPath, Automation Anywhere), or SAP BTP solutions. Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of global compliance and tax (e.g., VAT handling in VIM workflows).
