Responsibilities

• Academic Leadership: Develop and execute the school's academic strategy, ensuring it aligns with the CBSE curriculum and mission.
• Curriculum and Instruction: Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of the curriculum. Monitor instructional quality and teacher performance to maintain high academic standards.
• Staff Management and Development: Mentor, guide, and evaluate teachers to foster professional growth and excellence in teaching. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for professional development.
• Student Performance: Monitor student progress and performance across all grades. Implement strategies to improve academic outcomes and support student learning.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the daily academic operations of the school, ensuring smooth execution of the academic calendar and adherence to school policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Principal, school management, and other staff to achieve academic and administrative goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Education or a related field is typically required.
• Significant experience in a leadership role, such as an Academic Coordinator or a similar position in a CBSE school.
• Proven experience with the CBSE curriculum and educational best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage both academic and administrative tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
