• Supervise and monitor the quality of academic content (notes, assignments, TMAs, practicals).
• Review all academic materials before publishing or delivery to students.
• Identify and correct errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information in study materials.
• Provide regular feedback and suggestions to content creators and subject experts.
• Ensure consistency in formatting, language, and academic relevance.
• Develop improvement strategies for content quality, student support, and academic processes.
• Coordinate with subject experts, content writers, and graphic designers.
• Maintain academic calendars and ensure timely completion of syllabus and task tracking.
• Conduct training sessions and evaluations for the academic team.
• Research and implement best practices from other ed-tech platforms.
  

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education / English / Science / Arts / Commerce / Relevant field (M.Ed. preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong academic background and command of curriculum formats (especially NIOS, IGNOU, CBSE, DU SOL).
  

Required Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role in an ed-tech company, coaching institute, or educational publishing.
• Proven experience in managing academic teams, editing content, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with open schooling boards like NIOS, or distance education systems like IGNOU is a major advantage.

• Extremely detail-oriented with a sharp eye for academic errors.
• Leadership qualities to guide and manage a team of subject experts and content creators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy (basic understanding of Google Docs, MS Word, and academic formatting tools).
• Strong understanding of student learning patterns and curriculum standards.
