Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Academic Delivery Executive to coordinate with schools for aligning academic delivery.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with schools on Planners - Test and Teaching.
Online orientation of the app and portal to all the stakeholders.
Provide insights into Learner engagement.
Coordinate with the content team in test creation and publishing.
Support the onboarding of schools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science Background (B. Sc, M. Sc)
At least 1 year of experience in Ed-Tech/K-12 Schools.
Strong understanding of the education ecosystem (K-12).
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in MS Office.
Fluent in Telugu and any other regional language, along with English.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Academic Alignment.
School engagement metrics (usage frequency, feature adoption).
Onboarding and implementation turnaround time.

Preferred Attributes

Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of Competitive exams - JEE/ NEET/CET.
Able to converse in multiple languages.
Knowledge of lesson plans.
