Academic Counselor

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in selecting appropriate educational and career paths, while also managing the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads
• Counsel prospective students and provide detailed program information
• Assist students through the admission and enrollment process
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking system
• Build positive and long-term relationships with students and parents
• Meet individual and team targets for student enrollments
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and listening skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
