Role Overview:

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for learners exploring upskilling opportunities. You will guide potential students through our program offerings, understand their learning goals, and help them make informed decisions to enroll in suitable courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective learners through phone calls, emails, and chat to help them choose the right program.
• Understand learners’ educational background, career aspirations, and skill gaps to suggest suitable courses.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all programs, course structures, and benefits.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with students for referrals and renewals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–4 years of experience in admissions counselling, inside sales, or education sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot is an advantage.
• Passionate about education, career growth, and helping learners succeed.

Pay: ₹12,613.31 - ₹37,875.49 per month
