Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor with excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students in making informed academic choices. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students about suitable university programs and online courses. Handle inbound and outbound calls to meet daily calling and conversion targets. Maintain a strong follow-up with prospective students and parents. Achieve monthly admission and revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of leads and counseling interactions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, telecalling, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and able to meet daily/weekly targets.
