Position: Tele Counsellor

Location: Mohali (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Qualification: UG/PG in any stream

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents
• Provide course details, admission guidance, and resolve queries
• Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication
• Follow up regularly with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Maintain updated records in CRM and assist in reporting

Skills Required

• Excellent Communication Skills – English preferred
• Sales & Persuasion Skills – Confident and convincing personality
• Target-Oriented – Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
• Lead Conversion – Ability to turn inquiries into successful admissions
• CRM & Computer Knowledge – Basic tech proficiency is a must
• Follow-Up Expertise – Timely and consistent follow-up with potential students
• Convincing Ability – Build rapport and handle objections effectively
