Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, offering clear information about programs, course structures, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.
• Conduct personalized one-on-one counseling sessions (via phone, email, or chat) to understand each student’s academic and professional goals and recommend the most suitable UG/PG programs.
• Support students throughout the admission process — including eligibility checks, documentation, application status updates, and final onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all student interactions, leads, and application progress using the CRM system.
• Work proactively toward achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets while ensuring students receive a positive and informative experience.
• Stay informed about new academic programs, university policies, and industry trends to provide updated and relevant guidance to students.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, inside sales, or customer success.
• Freshers wanting to start their career are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in EdTech, higher education, or academic consulting is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
