Academic Counselor

JOB DESCRIPTION

Techoftheday is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to become a part of us. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective interns and students through our course offerings, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions, and supporting them throughout the admissions process. You will work closely with the marketing and academic teams to understand program goals and ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our learners.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel and assist prospective interns/students regarding course offerings, admissions, and career prospects.
• Maintain and manage student databases, leads, and follow-ups.
• Act as the primary point of contact for queries related to the academy programs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of promotional activities.
• Track industry trends and provide insights to help improve course offerings and marketing strategies.
• Assist in organizing orientation sessions, webinars, and other student engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education or business administration preferred.
• Previous experience in academic counselling, sales, or student support roles is a plus.
• Positive attitude and confidence in handling calls.
• Good understanding of current trends in AI, technology, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
