Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. Tasks include guiding students through their education paths, helping them choose suitable courses, and offering support for their academic and career goals. The role involves active communication with students, parents, and educational staff to create an encouraging and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Experience in the educational sector is a plus

Required

• Must be responsible for meeting monthly / quarterly / yearly admission sales targets.
• Must have the ability to manage sales team to generate new leads.
• Must have good communication skills & have the ability to highlight the benefits of specific courses in order to admit students.
• Fluency in regional language is mandatory, English communication preferred
• Experience – Minimum 5 years of sales experience with minimum 2 years in education sales
• Salary – Upto
