Role Description

This is a full-time, ON-SITE role for an Academic Counselor based in Rohtak. The Academic Counselor will provide guidance on career paths, educational opportunities, and study plans for students. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, advising students on academic and career goals, analyzing student interests and abilities, and assisting with admissions processes. The counselor will also engage with parents to offer holistic educational advice and tailored recommendations to meet student needs.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students on their academic and professional pathways
• Proficient in Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and faculty
• Competency in Academic Advising and knowledge of educational frameworks to provide appropriate academic insights
• Relevant work experience or educational background in Education or Counseling
• Empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in study abroad or competitive exams guidance is an added asset
