Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities Student & Candidate Counseling

• Counsel students/candidates on study abroad options, courses, universities, and job recruitment programs
• Assess academic background, work experience, eligibility, and career goals
• Recommend suitable countries, institutions, courses, and job roles

Admissions & Recruitment Support

• Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, and documentation
• Assist candidates with application forms, offer letters, and enrollment processes
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, employers, and recruitment partners

Documentation & Process Handling

• Guide candidates on required documents (academic, work, financial, visa-related)
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of applications
• Maintain proper records in CRM / internal systems

Follow-ups & Client Management

• Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and enrolled candidates
• Provide updates on application, offer letter, visa, and job placement status

Target & Business Support

• Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets
• Support marketing activities, seminars, and promotional events
• Build strong relationships with candidates and parents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
